How To Schedule My Appointment

Log in to your Canvas, click on the class you want to schedule for.

Next you will click Testing (Victoria/Gonzales). Choose exam time and date. Note: only the dates in bold on the calendar can be chosen.

The final section will ask you to acknowledge the Testing Center’s rules. Make sure you check the box, indicating you agree, and click the green Add to Cart button.In here you can see the exams you have added to your cart,delete unwanted exams, and add more exams to your cart.

When you are ready to schedule your exam hit the green Ready to checkout button. Once you have completed the check-out process you will receive a confirmation email you have successfully scheduled.

A valid, current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID)

Testing appointments are available at the Victoria College Main Campus during the following times:

The Victoria College Testing Center is located in the Continuing Education Center, which is at entrance number 2 (VC 2) off Ben Jordan Street take the first quick left. We are the last building on the right hand side. The office is located on the second floor, Suite 202.

The NCTA Proctoring Network (NPN) is a referral service provided by the National College Testing Association (NCTA) to facilitate distance learning. The purpose of the NPN is to make test administration services available to students away from their campuses, particularly at educational institutions. It is a free service for students or others who are seeking a professional location at which to take an exam. Visit https://ncta.memberclicks.net/proctoring-network to find a Proctor.

• A valid, current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID). For the TSIA2, a school issued ID is also acceptable.  If you do not have a government issue or school ID, please complete the Accuplacer Student ID Form.
• Calculators are built within the TSI Assessment 2.0 program. Personal calculators are not allowed on this exam.
• Do not bring your children to the Testing Center. Please refer to the Victoria College Student Handbook, Article XVII, Section 19.11.
• All exams are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Please leave all personal belongings in your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
• Some test administrations may not be available during campus closures or final exam testing.
• Please contact the Testing Center in advance to confirm test date availability if you are traveling from outside Victoria County.
• For students needing Disability Support Services (not including GED, SAT, or ACT), please contact our office for information and scheduling.
