Registration is not complete until your classes have been paid in full, you have received a financial aid award notification, or you have initiated a payment plan.
How do I accept my financial aid awards?

There is a $20 fee and half is due when the payment plan is initiated. Only the student can initiate a financial contract with the college. There is a $25 late fee each time the payment plan date is not met.
How do I initiate a Payment Plan?
- Login to your Pirate Portal
- Click "View Pay/Fees"
- Click "Pay Now" button
- Click "Payment Plans" menu
- Click "View Plan" link next to the current Payment Plan
- Click Continue to finish the steps
(Note: The remaining two payments will be automatically deducted from the form of payment you made the initial payment with.)

Visit the Payments Office located in the Student Services Building to set up your payment plan. (You will be responsible for making the next two payments on or before the due dates. There is a $25 late fee for any payment not made by the due date.)

How do I get my student ID?
General Use ID: To obtain a student ID to use at campus events, in the Testing Center, Library, Sports Center, and Bookstore, and to receive discounts at local establishments, students should take their tuition receipt and photo ID to the Payments Office in the Student Services Building. ID cards must be re-validated each semester.
Special Admission Program Badges: For students enrolled in the Law Enforcement Academy, Emergency Medical Services, Vocational Nursing, Associate Degree Nursing, Physical Therapist Assistant, and Respiratory Care programs and those taking continuing education allied health-related courses, they should take their tuition receipt and photo ID to AH 100 to obtain a student badge. Badges must be re-validated every academic year.
To replace an ID or badge, students will be charged a Card Replacement Fee of $5.00.
