The Victoria College Board of Trustees conducts regular board meetings at 4 p.m. on the third Monday of every other month. The meetings are held on the main campus at 2200 E. Red River, Victoria, TX in the Academic Building, Room 101. Please check the posted agenda for specific details.
Elections are held the first Saturday in May in even-numbered years.

The President of Victoria College is the Chief Executive Officer of the College. The President is responsible for the overall management and direction of the College and is charged with implementing the policies and regulations adopted by the Victoria College Board of Trustees.

The Executive Vice President-Chief Academic Officer is the chief academic officer of Victoria College and provides leadership for the planning, development, and implementation of instructional and student development programs which meet the present and future needs of the area and are in keeping with the purpose of the College.
The Vice President of Administrative Services is responsible for all fiscal and management services of the College. The Vice President of Administrative Services oversees the areas of Finance, Purchasing, Cultural Affairs, Technology, Physical Plant, Security, and Auxiliary Services.
The Vice President of Student Services is responsible for the management of all student services fostering collaboration among departments in order to support, enhance, and facilitate a positive campus experience for all students.
The Human Resources Department contributes to the mission of Victoria College through its efforts to attract, develop, and retain a diverse and well-qualified workforce.
