Associate of Arts (AA) and Associate of Science (AS) interdisciplinary degrees are the foundations of a Bachelor of Arts (BA) or Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. With careful planning, an AA or AS can fulfill the freshman and sophomore requirements for the BA or BS. Although intended for transfer, these multidisciplinary degrees provide marketable skills such as communication, critical thinking, personal and social responsibility, and teamwork.
