Complete the Continuing Education Application (Google Chrome browser is preferred)

• Once your application has been processed, you will be able to retrieve your Pirate Portal username and password.  You will use your Pirate Portal to check student emails, financial aid status and awards, holds and schedules, and make payments.

Access the Pirate Portal:

• Click "Retrieve or reset username and password"
• Click "Start" in the blue New User box
• Follow the steps to receive your username and password

After you've been admitted to attend Continuing Education classes at Victoria College and retrieved your Pirate Portal username and password, you are eligible to register for classes online!

You must be logged into the Pirate Portal to register for classes.  (Google Chrome browser is preferred.)

View the CPR & First Aid schedule to review available classes.  To register in the Pirate Portal, you will first need the Term and CRN of the course.  Each course contains unique registration periods and payment deadlines.  Be sure to pay by the deadlines listed in the schedule to avoid being dropped from your course. 

Need assistance with online registration?  CTE-Continuing Education Department provides assisted registration in our office, which is located in Room 309 of the Conference & Education Center at VC’s Emerging Technology Complex.

Victoria College accepts cash, money orders, checks, and debit/credit cards.  Payment can be made online via the Pirate Portal, at the Career & Technical Education-Continuing Education (CTE-CE) Office, Gonzales Center, or on the Victoria College Main Campus in the Payments Office.
