Correspondence Exam Proctoring

Students registered at other colleges or institutions who need to take a proctored exam can use Victoria College's Testing Center by testing as correspondence students. Additionally, students registered for VC's Real Estate courses will be considered correspondence students.

Please Note: If you are currently enrolled in Victoria College as an Online Student, you DO NOT have to pay to test. Visit our Testing for Online Courses page for more information.

- One exam per appointment slot. If you wish to take multiple exams on the same day, please contact the Testing Center about availability.
- $28.50 fee for an exam up to 2 hours (Non Refundable Fee)
- $10 for each additional hour allotted by the institution or testing company. (Please contact our office if your exam is longer than 2 hours) (Non Refundable Fee)
- Verify with your instructor that the test has been sent before setting your appointment.
- Include your name, Instructor's name and contact information, course name and college name when registering
- All correspondence should be sent to: TestingCenter@VictoriaCollege.edu.
- VC Payment Office is located in the Student Services Building (Building #8 on VC's Campus Map). Cash, check, or money order accepted.
How to Register:
1. Visit VC Main Campus RegisterBlast or VC Gonzales Center RegisterBlast
2. Select Correspondence Exam (Non-VC Exam)
3. Acknowledge Fee ($28.50) 2 Hours
4. Choose Date
5. Choose Time
6. Enter test takers information
7. Acknowledge Guidelines (Check agree box)
8. Select: Ready to checkout button. Once you have completed the check-out process, you will receive a confirmation email confirming you successfully scheduled your exam.
Testing Times*
Monday - Thursday 9 a.m. Noon
*Please call the Testing Center at (361) 582-2589 if your institution or Testing Company requires a testing time outside the specified times.

Testing Center Guidelines
- A valid, current photo I.D. is required for all testing (Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, Tribal ID, or a State/National/Province ID). For the TSIA2, a school issued ID is also acceptable. If you do not have a government issue or school ID, please complete the Accuplacer Student ID Form.
- Calculators are built within the TSI Assessment 2.0 program. Personal calculators are not allowed on this exam.
- Do not bring your children to the Testing Center. Please refer to the Victoria College Student Handbook, Article XVII, Section 19.11.
- All exams are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Please leave all personal belongings in your vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Some test administrations may not be available during campus closures or final exam testing.
- Please contact the Testing Center in advance to confirm test date availability if you are traveling from outside Victoria County.
- For students needing Disability Support Services (not including GED, SAT, or ACT), please contact our office for information and scheduling.
