Victoria College Student Success Center
Victoria College will offer prospective and current students the opportunity to begin or finalize their preparations for the upcoming Fall 2026 semester with a second “Super Saturday” event from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 8, at VC's new Student Success Center.
Students will be able to discuss their educational plans with an advisor, apply for admissions and financial aid, enroll in classes and make payments. The event coincides with Tax-Free Weekend, giving students an opportunity to purchase books and supplies tax-free at VC’s Campus Store, located on the first floor of the Student Success Center.
Students will also have the opportunity to take the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) Assessment in VC's Testing Center, located on the second floor of the Student Success Center. The test is free for the first 20 students. Seating is limited, and testing will be administered on a first-come, first-served basis between 8:30 and 11 a.m.
Advisors and specialists will be available to offer information on VC’s education and training opportunities; degree, certificate and transfer pathways; job-training courses; and adult education offerings.
To help students prepare for the start of the Fall 2026 semester, several Victoria College departments will offer extended hours in the weeks leading up to the first day of class on Aug. 24. The expanded schedule is designed to provide additional flexibility for working students and others with busy schedules. A complete list of extended hours is available at Visit.VictoriaCollege.edu.
