VC’s Student Nurses Association hosts successful blood drive

Level 2-4 SNA officers

Victoria College’s Student Nurses Association (SNA) recently partnered the South Texas Blood & Tissue Center to host a blood drive with the potential to help up to 85 patients in need.

The group’s efforts resulted in 36 individuals volunteering to donate blood. A total of 28 units were collected, surpassing the group’s goal of 21 units. The blood drive achieved the highest collection volume in South Texas that day.
