The 2024 Victoria Empty Bowls hosted by Victoria College raised a total of $20,000 to aid local nonprofit organizations in their mission to fight hunger throughout the Crossroads region. As a result, Christ’s Kitchen was the fourth recipient of $4,000. Christ’s Kitchen is an extension of the First United Methodist Church in Victoria, Texas, and exists to provide one hot meal per day to the hungry and individuals experiencing homelessness, without judgment.
