International Elvis tribute artist Donny Edwards will bring his acclaimed show, “An Authentic Heart & Soul Tribute to THE KING,” to Victoria College’s Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts on Friday, May 24.
Edwards’ passion for Elvis Presley began in childhood, and his dedication has led him to perform on stages worldwide. He recreates each era of Presley’s career, from the 1950s rock-and-roll beginnings to the Las Vegas years.
Edwards has collaborated with numerous musicians who played with Presley and members of Presley’s inner circle. He has also performed for celebrities and appeared on television shows including “Monday Night Football” and “The Young and the Restless.”
Tickets for the May 24 performance are available at the Welder Center Box Office and online at WelderCenter.org. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., and the concert begins at 7:30 p.m.
