Victoria College invites the community to participate in a series of open forums to meet the finalists for the position of Vice President of Student Services.
The forums offer an opportunity for students, employees and community members to learn about the candidates’ qualifications and visions for leading VC’s Student Services Division.
Each candidate will participate in a general open forum at VC’s Health Sciences Center (HSC) at 1:30 p.m. according to the following schedule.
- Monday, March 4 (HSC, Room 130) – Dr. Marisa Pierce, an independent consultant specializing in strategic enrollment management support, coaching and consultation
- Tuesday, March 5 (HSC, Room 131) – Dr. Paul Morgan, Dean of Students at Jackson State Community College
- Wednesday, March 6 (HSC, Room 130) – Dr. Emmanuel Lalande, Vice President of Student Services at the College of Biblical Studies-Houston
- UPDATE 3/18/24 - The forum originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 19 has been canceled as Dr. Mary Ramos has withdrawn her candidacy for the position.
