Mentoring & Job Shadowing

Ann Rolfe wrote, “Mentoring is a gift that is shared. It is a relationship that enables purposeful conversation. The conversation assists the mentee to reflect on their own experience, make informed decisions and act upon the ideas that are generated.” 

The KEY Center will pair interested students with faculty, staff, or students that are interested in starting that “conversation.” If you are interested in becoming involved in the Mentoring Program, please call us at (361) 582-2414.

KEY Center members who are interested in learning more about their chosen field have the opportunity to participate in Job Shadowing.
