Victoria College will offer a QuickBooks Desktop Version course from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Aug. 26-Sept. 28 in Room 305 of the Conference & Education Center at Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex.
Participants will learn to set up a chart of accounts; reconcile checking accounts; create and print invoices, receipts and statements; track payables, inventory and receivables; create estimates; and generate reports.
“This course is ideal for someone looking for an introduction or refresher to QuickBooks 2019 and already has a basic knowledge of bookkeeping,” said Mary Hardy, VC’s Workforce and Continuing Education program coordinator.
The cost of the course is $300. The registration deadline is noon on Aug. 23.
Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex is located at 7403 Lone Tree Road in Victoria.
