Victoria College Foundation awards grant to VC’s Emergency Medical Services Program

The Victoria College Foundation awarded $15,000 in employee grants for the Spring 2020 semester.

Among the grants awarded was one for $1,259.96 to VC’s Emergency Medical Services Program for the purchase of iPads to be used in all three levels of the program for students to document skills performance. The Commission of Accreditation of EMS Programs requires a validated portfolio of student skills.

The VC Foundation’s competition allows Victoria College departments to apply for funds to implement or enhance activities benefiting students and employees.
