The Leo J. Welder Center for the Performing Arts and Theatre Victoria are partnering to showcase From Rags to Royalty: The Fabric of Theatre in Victoria. The display will be housed in the Welder Center Lobby and will feature an exhibit of theatrical costumes seen over the years in local performances by the Victoria College Fine Arts Department and Theatre Victoria.

The exhibit can be viewed free of charge beginning Nov. 13 until Dec. 4 from 12-6 p.m.
