VC honors 15 PTA graduates at pinning ceremony

Fifteen Victoria College Physical Therapist Assistant students were honored at a pinning ceremony on May 11 at VC’s Johnson Symposium.

Megan Klesel and Kelly Pennington shared the Academic Award for both finishing with 4.0 grade point averages. Klesel also received the Leadership Award. Marie Reyes and David Barnard shared the Most Inspirational Student Award.

Other graduates who received their pins were Scarlett Clutter, Ashten Cox, Heather Henneke, Haley Mitchell, Bianca Sanchez, Jonathan Vanek, Kaley Bitterly, Marisol Corona, Brittany Galvan, A.J. Rosas and Cassidy Targac.

VC’s Physical Therapist Assistant Program offers a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree. Successful completion of the program will enable graduates to take the National Physical Therapist Assistant Licensing Examination.
