Eight students were honored on July 27 at Victoria College’s Emerging Technology Complex for completing the four-year VC PREP academic enrichment program.
VC PREP is a seven-week academic enrichment program for students beginning in the sixth or seventh grade. Students master high-level science, technology, engineering and mathematic concepts during the summer program.
The eight students completing the four-year program were Mitul Agarwal, Isaiah Aragon, Isaiah Crowley, Sadie Duran, Corinne Hall, Keahnu Henderson-Robello, Emily Llanies and Morgan Meyer.
Alcoa, Caterpillar and Victoria ISD partnered with Victoria College for the 2017 VC PREP.
